TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms describe digital marketing services offered by ZeroCinq LLC, located at 1940 Broadway, Suite 314C, Boulder, CO 80302, USA.

1. Services and scope

Our one-time packages provide the deliverables listed on the packages page. Each plan covers one business and one selected advertising platform. Platform compatibility, scope, available capacity and delivery timing are confirmed before payment. Enquiries are free and do not create a paid subscription.

2. One-time purchases and the optional club

The selected package is a one-time purchase. Optional club: $29.99, first charged 36 hours after your purchase, then every 7 days until cancelled. The club is a separate optional service, not automatic enrollment.

Before payment, review your one-time package and total. The optional club requires a separate unchecked choice and explicit authorization for $29.99 after 36 hours, then every 7 days. Your confirmation records the purchase and, if selected, the club amount, first charge time, frequency and cancellation method.

3. What is included

Listed quantities are the total deliverables for one purchase. They do not renew automatically. Higher packages include only features listed or expressly inherited. The optional club does not repeat custom-project deliverables. Applicable taxes are shown before payment.

4. Additional costs and account control

Advertising spend is separate and paid by you directly to your advertising platform. Third-party software, domains, video, photography, landing pages, new campaign builds, tracking installations and daily management are excluded unless separately agreed. Additional work requires an agreed quote. You own your ad accounts and retain administrator control. We do not sell or rent advertising accounts.

5. Your responsibilities

Supply accurate information and assets you have permission to use. You remain responsible for your business, products, advertising claims, budget and platform compliance. Grant access through platform-supported permissions, never by emailing passwords or recovery codes. Campaign changes require your approval. Platform decisions and campaign outcomes are not guaranteed.

6. Delivery and approvals

We agree timing after receiving your brief and required access. Work is delivered digitally through email or agreed file-sharing links, and calls are arranged by email. Delays in receiving your information can affect the schedule. See our Shipping & Digital Delivery Policy and How it works. There is no instant delivery or member portal on this website.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Email contact@zerocinqllc.site before your next renewal. Cancellation is effective for future billing when your request reaches our inbox. No reason or cancellation fee is required. Your service remains available through the end of the paid period, with no further renewal. Cancelling ZeroCinq does not automatically pause live campaigns or cancel advertising-platform charges: you retain control of those accounts and budgets. See Cancellation and our Refund Policy.

8. Content and use

You retain rights to assets you supply and authorize us to use them to deliver your service. Once paid, you may use the final custom deliverables for your business advertising, subject to any disclosed third-party asset licenses. Reusable templates and methods remain ours or their licensors’. Reselling our template library is not included.

9. Changes and rights

We communicate material price or service changes before they apply so you can decide whether to continue. We do not guarantee sales, lead volume, return on ad spend or platform approval. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Governing law

These terms and purchases from ZeroCinq LLC are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, and applicable United States federal law, without applying conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your purchase will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. These terms do not require arbitration. This choice does not limit any mandatory consumer protections or rights available under the law that applies to you, including any right to bring a claim in the courts of your home jurisdiction where the law gives you that right.
