The process
A SIMPLE START.
A CLEAR HANDOVER.
All services are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.
01. Send a free enquiry
Select a membership and tell us about your business, offer and advertising platform. The enquiry form prepares an email for you to review and send. It does not charge you, create an account or activate a membership.
02. Confirm the scope
We review compatibility, available capacity and the requested work. We confirm deliverables, the information we need and a delivery timeline in writing before payment. Custom work is quoted separately and starts only with your agreement.
03. Activate only after reviewing billing
Before payment, review your one-time package and total. The optional club requires a separate unchecked choice and explicit authorization for $29.99 after 36 hours, then every 7 days. Your confirmation records the purchase and, if selected, the club amount, first charge time, frequency and cancellation method.
04. Share your brief and review the work
Provide your branding, offer details, objectives and any assets you have permission to use. Files and recommendations are delivered by email or agreed file-sharing links. Consultations are arranged by email. We do not currently offer a member login portal.
05. Plan the following month
Service allowances reset each calendar month of membership, independently of the payment schedule, and do not roll over. Send briefs and revision requests in time for the agreed schedule. We will communicate if missing information or access affects delivery.
Use platform-supported invitations with appropriate permissions. Never email passwords, payment information, secret keys or recovery codes. You approve any changes before we implement them.
