Cancellation stops future renewals. A refund concerns a payment already made.

You can cancel without requesting a refund.

Digital services: no physical returns

ZeroCinq LLC sells digital marketing services, not physical goods. No item needs to be shipped back and no return shipping fee applies. Requests for service corrections or refunds follow the policy below.

Before activation

Enquiries are free. We confirm compatibility, scope and timing before paid activation. No payment is taken by this website’s enquiry form.

Billing errors

Contact us about duplicate charges, incorrect amounts or renewals charged after we received your cancellation request. Verified billing errors are refunded to the original payment method.

Service we cannot deliver

If we cannot provide the agreed service and cannot resolve the issue with you, we refund the amount paid for the undelivered service. Include the agreed scope and describe the missing work.

Other requests

Once a service period or custom work has started, requests are assessed based on work completed, services supplied and the reason for the request. Unused time or allowances are not automatically refunded or prorated. Any applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.

How to request a refund

Email contact@zerocinqllc.site with your service email, payment date, amount and a short explanation. Never include full card details. We review your request against the agreed scope and delivery records, confirm the outcome by email and, if approved, confirm the amount and date the refund is issued to the original payment method. A refund does not itself cancel future renewals; tell us if you also want to cancel your membership. Your payment provider or bank determines when the credit appears.

Advertising-platform charges

This policy covers ZeroCinq service fees only. Media spend and other platform charges are paid directly to those providers and are subject to their policies. Campaign results alone are not a guarantee of a refund.
