SHIPPING & DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY
ZeroCinq LLC provides marketing support, advertising content, account guidance and campaign reviews. No physical goods, parcels or shipping charges are involved.
How your service is delivered
Ad copy, creative files, planning materials and written recommendations are delivered to the email address supplied by the customer or through an agreed file-sharing link. Consultations and guided sessions are scheduled by email and take place remotely. Approved account work is performed through the advertising platform’s permission tools.
Time from payment to delivery
There is no instant-download or same-day delivery promise. Before any charge, we confirm in writing the deliverables, required materials, service start date and delivery dates or timeframes for your chosen plan. Your agreed schedule states when each item is due relative to paid activation. Do not pay until you have received and accepted that schedule.
The selected package is a one-time purchase. The optional club costs $29.99, first charged 36 hours after purchase, then every 7 days until cancelled. It requires separate opt-in. Cancel before your next charge by emailing contact@zerocinqllc.site. Deliverables in your one-time purchase do not repeat with club renewals.
Information and access needed
Provide a valid email address, your approved brief, branding and assets you have permission to use. If account access is needed, use an authorized platform invitation. Never send passwords or card details by email. Missing materials, delayed feedback or unavailable access may affect delivery; we will communicate any proposed schedule change.
Delivery confirmation and problems
Our delivery email identifies the completed work or provides the agreed access link. If a message or file is missing, a link does not open, or the agreed delivery date is missed, contact contact@zerocinqllc.site or call +1 609-447-2957. We will check the delivery record, resend or restore access as appropriate, and agree how to resolve unfinished work. If we cannot provide the agreed service and cannot resolve the issue, our Refund / Return Policy applies.
Shipping costs and returns
There are no shipping, handling, customs or return-postage charges for these digital services. Advertising spend and any separately agreed third-party expenses are outside the membership price. Physical returns do not apply.
